Fight for the desired body without excuses!
Summer is coming and sure there are thousands of girls wishing to be able to release new bathing suits accompanied by a fit body, right? But behind those wishes are the famous excuses : I do not have time! I start on Monday! I have children, work ... I can not do the diet, and a long etcetera that I'm sure you've heard once.
Let's put these excuses aside and let's get to work. There's still time!
We are what we eat!
Here are some tips to start having a good food habit:
- Drink plenty of water (1.5 l daily)
- Eat fruits and vegetables (about 5 servings a day)
- Reduce your salt intake , sugars, fats and alcohol
- Eat every 3 hours
- Include fiber in the diet
